What are we looking to buy? We purchase yellow, white and rose gold.
What about stones in the pieces? We do buy jewelry with stones in them - we can remove the stones for you if you want to keep the diamonds/stones OR we can give you a price for the jewelry including the stones.
What if I'm not sure if some of my jewelry is real gold? You never know unless we test it. If you have pieces that are
not gold we will be able to determine that at the time of testing. When do I receive a quote? Once your gold has been tested, weighed and priced, a gold quote
will be given to you. You can choose to accept the offer or get another quote elsewhere. What is your return policy? All sales of We Buy Gold NC are final. Returns will not be
accepted due to the proprietary information and trade secrets included in We Buy Gold NC. |
